Details: logged into server after an extended period away from game and my character is showing lvl 105 but my stats are lvl 1 stats and no points to spend to lvl up

I have tried to provide mindwipe, then maxacsend, then force level, it seems the character needed to make it levelable in the first place, once the character was recreated I then attempted to ascend it again only for it not to work, leveling did indeed work but only to level 85 where it then capped off for him. I am pushing this issue up in the ranks and there is no further action I can take.
