Details: I put the stuff in the overseer boss a while back and they seem to be missing, none of my tribe mates moved them from who i asked just would like them replaced

Did you put them in the terminal to do the boss and just not hit the button?

yea when u hit the button it doesn't use the items, so I let them in there for people to do the overseer

Although I understand the reasoning behind it some people do not, they simply see the items as "free stuff". Unfortunately leaving items in a public box is not something we can replace as that is a risk you decided to take.
