Details: went to fight alpha dragon none of my dinos came with for the teleport nor could i summon in the arena to fight the dragon died my and my other 2 tribemates lost all of our stuff on our bodies my dinos where still at the oblisk when i returned to it however our bodies werent and yea last the dinos that were on us as well

I see you have dinos involved listed as gigas, did you attempt to bring in only gigas?

Yea I have the feeling you can't bring them in huh

But wait I was able to take my gigs into a boss fight on SE tho for the Manticord

You cannot bring gigas to the boss fights on Island, unfortunately.

didnt know that thought you could cause i was able to with others... well crap

I recommend looking at this site https://ark.gamepedia.com/Boss_Arenas to find what can and cannot go into arenas. I would also recommend not bringing anything you are not willing to lose into a boss fight. If you have a flier put them in the obelisk along with anything else you do not want to lose.

Although it pains me to tell you, this is part of the game and as such I cannot give you back any of your lost items or gear. Don't let this keep you down we (the players) breed up dinos and craft items just for this reason. Use this as a learning experience, I am sure this won't happen to you again . I apologize for your loss, and I am glad you only lost your items and not your gigas. If you ever have something like this happen again always put in a ticket the worst we can do is reject them.

i just went with what i was allowed to do on a different server didnt have any reason to think there would be a difference and also i take it your talking about dragweight for the boss fights cause i just looked through it real quick and it didnt say anything about gigas not being allowed

Did you happen to lose any soulballed dinos? I would be willing to help you out and recover those.
