Details: I was transferring from Valguero to the Island and when I hit the "which bed to spawn in" page, everything went white and screen froze. I was kicked from game and reloaded into Ark on the island. On waking I found myself half naked. My Tek helmet (over 1200 armor), Tek chestpiece (over 1400 armor) and Tek gauntlets (1600 armor) were missing. I also lost my Phoenix chibi I recently recieved from the latest event kit. I did have a lot of items on me as I was transferring to set up our island base due to necessary reorganization. Everything in my inventory otherwise was there. Someone suggested I try and kill my character to see if it was hidden in my inventory but sadly it was not. I would appreciate if these 4 items could be returned to me as I just spent over 20,000 black pearls in repairs. yikes. Thank you for your time.
