Details: I had my Tek Armor, Tek gun, 42-ish Element, More items but nothing I will stress over, I was on my snow Owl flying around looking for Element veins and well went out of bounds before I knew it I couldn't even turn around I died right away, A friend tried to help but well also died.

I understand your frustration in flying out of bounds but as an admin, and in our rules we will only replace items that are lost due to bugs.
Flying out of bounds happens to many players and even i have done it to lost items, and high level dinos.
Apologies but i cannot replace your items.
